Applying these three basics along with involving community in learning, solving emotional problems of learners, developing their competency level I hope I can enhance student learning.

ReplyDeleteDuring covid-19 period I contacted with parent,students those who have contact numbers.Besides them many of them have not right numbers.So I went to their doorstep consulting them.Distributed text books,Mdm rice,Stipend,cooking cost & uniforms.

ReplyDeleteI must ensure that l have given the best knowledge regarding pedagogical approach to all the concepts to all my students. I must train them with strong and fearless attitude and to seek true and authentic path to achieve the goal. I will lead them to their destination by remaining always with them, sharing and offering a helping hand in the time of need.

The first step to inspire leadership in pupils is to implement FNL at a psychological level. We have to understand the child's psyche and give them total freedom to express it in class. The equal opportunity to do so will bring out the natural leadership and as teachers we can give them direction. This will help them achieve their full potential in academic field as well because with the freedom of expression, they won't be afraid to voice their doubts. So my three suggestion are giving the students total freedom of speech, equal opportunity and an interactive environment that promotes all round development, not only academic.
ReplyDeleteThe most important Phase in the life of a student is his Early Child hood . So utmost care is needed to groom them. My specific suggestion is to groom them without any fear, without any pressure and in an atmosphere filled with love and affection, where they can open themselves and express before others. We have to identify their inner potentialities and deficiencies and groom them up with care to grow/ over come their abilities/ deficiencies in such a manner that he/ she will accept to your initiative in a joyful manner.

ReplyDeleteLeadership is a quality of a teacher which is developed. No one is born leader. In order to be leader in learning a teacher must possess democratic values. Though discussion with other teachers best learning practices can bee adopted. A teacher with content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge as well as art of motivating others through own best practices in the class can have a leading role in learning in think.
