  2. In recent times student learning in schools haa been the biggest challenge for teachers. Students promoted to next higher classes without having minimum competencies creates problems in learning situations. NIPUN should be implemented in secondary stage. Again in rural areas parents receiving freebies are not in mood to educate their wards. They send wards in hope of getting financial benefits. Moreover absentism, drop out hamper students learning. Recently introduced assessment procedures appear to be harvesting without tilling.

    1. School starts from April but our Govt distributes text books in September. It is not necessary to discuss about other problems.

  12. There are shortage of class room, teacher, ICT labs. Hostels are also very few in comparison to the large mass of outside students and also teaching staff too need accommodation.

  14. The challenges that we face in secondary schools regarding students learning.
    1. Students promotion to next higher class without required competency
    2. As there is no restrictions on class promotion the low achievers never become concerned.
    3. Lack of ample written work
    4. Teachers being unable to give justice to students due to lack of time. As they are engaged in other activities assigned by system.

    2.My institution has the students of low financial status. Parents consciousness towards intellectual dev of ward is less
    3.whether rural or urban each and everyone being mad about private tuition
    4.Maximum parents think the school as a source of getting financial benifit, providing a high score result to their wards by any means,

  18. There are many challenges in secondary Block Grant School, Students Are Not Getting Same Education Scheme as Govt School. Need some changes in this policy.

The teachers should be provided more opportunities to involve in academic activities rather than official activities doing a pot of paper works which hampers the learning time in school.every school should be provided with a clerk to do all the official works and sufficient number of teachers should also be appointed.
