  2. Physical exercise, yoga , pranayam and prayer has been a part of my life. Focusing on all these fitness aspects in feel stronger physically, mentally, emotionally as well as spiritually. I have been able to work harder, manage any crisis be it school related or personal with a positive bent of mind. A flow of positive energy makes everything easier what I feel internally.
